On the afternoon of October 24, 2019, Zhang Chao, Director of Zhongguancun Industry & Information Research Institute of Two-dimensional Code Technology and Executive Director of the Unified Two-dimensional Code Identification Registration  Center (UTC), was invited to visit InTech S.A., Luxembourg, with Mr. Fabrice Croiseaux, CEO of the company,  conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges on the blockchain in data security protection and the construction of Global Two-dimensional IDcode Identification Chain Nodes.

The two sides will jointly explore the integrated development of blockchain technology in the fields of data privacy protection, digital signature, as well as the use of blockchain technology and IDcode identification system in the field of digital asset security, management, transactions and other innovative applications to carry out in-depth cooperation.
