UTC Global invited to attend 2019 Global Industrial Innovation Conference(GIIC) in South Korea -IDcode Drives Innovation in South Korean manufacturing

On July 5, 2019, the 28th Global Industrial Innovation Conference (GIIC) was held in Seoul, South Korea, hosted by the Korea Standards Association. Zhang Chao, president of Zhongguancun Industry and Information Research of Two-dimensional Code Technology (ZIIOT) and executive director of UTC Global, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech on " The Industrial Value and Development Opportunities of 2D Code" at the "Digital Transformation" Forum.

At the meeting, he shared the global two-dimensional code industry development and technology application innovation frontier, around the "technology-oriented manufacturing innovation", with more than 600 representatives from the local and global authoritative experts and scholars, well-known entrepreneurs and other representatives to share the pulse of the development of the two-dimensional code industry, to explore the new trend of industry integration and development.

President Zhang Chao said that in the rapid development of global information technology and the advent of the fourth industrial revolution today, the two-dimensional code ushered in unprecedented strategic development opportunities, two-dimensional code industrialization, aggregation, globalization has developed into an inevitable trend.

As a universal symbol of a new generation of technology, two-dimensional code has become an indispensable economic element and important carrier for industrial upgrading and development, and the two-dimensional code industry brings great social and economic benefits to the world.

UTC Global, as a global, non-governmental code issuing and operation service provider, provides global users with the registration, resolution, authorization assessment and other services of the two-dimensional code identification, is authorized maintenance and promotion agency of IDcode- the international universal encoding system, responsible for the establishment of the global registration resolution system and the international top node of the two-dimensional code identifier "MA", has established code issuing agency- UTC Korea, responsible for the distribution of two-dimensional code identification in South Korea. IDcode, Identity Code, is an integral part of the ISO/IEC15459 international standard system and can be used to identify any type of object (person, thing, item) as the unique two-dimensional code identity in the world, known as "two-dimensional code ID". "In the future, whether it is imported into China or exported to countries around the world, we will allow each product to have the global uniqre, traceable ‘MA’ identification issued by UTC Global," Zhang Chao said.
