Exchange conference between CNRT with KSA

    On June 29th, Sangjin Lee, President of the Korea standards association (KSA), came to China Registration &Certification Center of two-dimensional code (CNRT) with his team for a visit. Last month, Zhang Chao, Executive Director of CNRT, accompanied the team to visit Korea. There was only a one-month interval between the two meetings, which fully expressed the importance of the cooperation between the two parties.

    During the meeting, the two sides had full communication and negotiation on the formulation and promotion of two-dimensional code standards, and how to realize the interconnection of cross-border trade and to promote industrial cooperation between two countries, and finally reached a strategic cooperation agreement.

    Zhang Chao, Executive Director of CNRT, firstly expressed his gratitude to President Sangjin Lee and his team for their visits, and detailed the progress of CNRT's efforts to promote the standardization and interconnection of the global two-dimensional code standards. 2018 “the Belt and Road” international two-dimensional code industry development summit will be held in China in September this year by CNRT, and Sangjin Lee was invited to attend this meeting.

    Sangjin Lee, The President of KSA, thanked Zhang Chao for his invitation and highly appreciated the achievements of the IDcode system in China and around the world. He also hoped to cooperate with CNRT to facilitate the promotion and popularization of the IDcode system in Korea.

 

    At the meeting, CNRT and KSA reached a consensus on cooperation in the training of certification examiners and international exchange of two-dimensional code standards, and initially agreed on the communication mechanism and cooperation framework.

    Ph.D. Sungwook Jeong, Chief Researcher of Standards Development Center of KSA, Kim Joong Seop, Senior Researcher of Certification Service & Audit center of KSA, Wu Minglan, former researcher of KSA China Office, Chi Jianping, vice-director of CNRT, and Du Zhihui, vice president of Zhongguancun Industry & Information Research Institute of two-dimensional code Technology also participated in this meeting.
